My youngest nephew’s first birthday was in July. So for the occasion I decided to try to experiment with victory rolls. I had tried previously and never been able to actually get them to work. This time I used Suavecita Pomade for Women and a Roll & Go Hair tool. The pomade ended up being much stiffer than I expected, but it’s also possible that I used too much. I rolled the rest of my hair in curlers and used a coordinating snood to complete the look. Overall I was very happy with how they turned out, although I definitely learned a lot and will be trying a few different tricks the next time I do them.
